• Meet with you to define plan objectives and make recommendations
• Identify current business initiatives, goals and objectives, and develop an employee benefit program that supports them
• Conduct thorough analysis of all employee benefit coverages looking at cost for employer, cost for employee, contribution strategies and scope of benefits offered
• Conduct benchmarking analysis to determine position in marketplace when compared to similarly-situated employers
• Conduct employee surveys and/or focus groups to determine perception of current offerings
• Create and manage RFP process with carriers
• Collect and manage data to present to senior management and employees
• Negotiate with carriers
• Assist with monthly & annual budgeting to suggest ways to maintain budgeting goals
• Develop estimates of liability, fiscal summary & general ledger for self-insured plans
